From April 1st 2010 you can earn 41.3p per kilowatt hour from your PV system! This offers a better rate of return than putting the money into a building society.

1 World Solar have now launched a new website, emphasising the range of products and services now being offered. This recognises that in addition to the solar systems offered by sister company Imagination Solar, 1 World Solar are able to offer expert design supply and installation of a wide range of technologies, including solar thermal, PV, shower heat recovery, heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and hot water cylinders. New content mangement technology also helps the site to be kept up to date. Other related sites such as Imagination Solar and Shower-Save will also be updated soon.

1 World Solar managing director Jon Walker launches the new Solar Trade Association logo at the House of Commons on 25th June 2008. Jon said "I'm proud to be a Council member of the STA, helping our emerging industry maintain high technical and ethical standards. The industry has been around for over 30 years, but is now finally being recognised for it's potential to help combat climate change."
